I think Matt plays different chords but you can play along and use these chords. It still sounds good and I've never seen this tabbed out before. If you know how to play all these chords with your top two fingers on the high E and high B strings through the whole song, that sounds a little better than the other way. (the add9's?) This is very close though. intro-Em,G after first verse he plays Am,G for the instrumental part. then back to Em,G for the chorus he plays D,C,Em that's pretty much it. like I said before, the add 9's sound better, except with the chorus. those chords sound better when played open.
