intro and verse-G,Em,F,Am...when you hear that high note hit in between the Em and F, that's Matt hitting Harmonics with finger muting. If you can't do it, don't worry. (I think it's in between the 12th and 13th frets.) anyway.. 

in between the verse and chorus Matt plays-F,Am a few times then holds Am...to 

chorus-just a Cadd9,normal G played over and over. towards the end of the chorus he holds the Cadd9 a little longer...(just listen to the song)...and then back to a quick G.
