Intro is piano but play-Em/D,D,Cadd9 until he says... 

"snow doesn't fall over the ocean" and play Asus2/D,Cadd9 and then for.... 
"greater love, has nothing to do with" part play Em/D,Cadd9 

and when he says "birds don't fly straight" play D,Cadd9 and keep playing Cadd9 until you come to the instrumental part..... 

instrumental part-G,D,Cadd9 and then G,Asus2/D,Cadd9 then go back to... 

intro and verse part to play Em/D,D,Cadd9 and repeat the steps above...until the ending. 

Just play the ending the same as the instrumental part above and sing your ass off.
